RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If something isn’t quite right, we’ve kept our returns process simple and clear.
RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.
Items must be returned unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without authorisation will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed returns.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
EXCHANGES
We offer size exchanges only, subject to availability.
Due to the nature of our small-batch releases, exchanges cannot be guaranteed. If your requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns on:
- Hats, Caps or socks (unless faulty)
- Sale items
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (USA, AUSTRALIA & REST OF WORLD)
We’re proud to ship internationally.
Please note:
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes.
- Original shipping fees, customs charges, and import taxes are non-refundable.
- Returns must still be requested within 48 hours of delivery and approved before being sent.
When returning an international order, please clearly mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international shipping providers.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by their local authorities.
